Delivery and Returns

Standard Delivery
Shippers for our standard delivery are selected depending on the weight of the package and the distance it has to travel from our fulfillment center. For most in-stock items delivered via Standard Delivery within the contiguous United States you should expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days of placing your order. Orders shipped outside the contiguous United States may take up to 60 days to be received via Standard Delivery. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer (these items are noted on the product page) and may take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Include your daytime phone number and a street address when ordering. If we need to ship your order in parts, delivery will be charged on a pro-rated basis.
Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-285-3696 for delivery charges to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories. Items with heavyweight charges are not available outside the 48 contiguous states.

Rush Delivery
If you would like to receive your order more quickly, rush options (available within the contiguous U.S. only) are offered. We guarantee these deliveries or we pay for them ourselves! 

Express Delivery for an additional $8.00. Orders of in-stock items will be received in 3-5 business days.
2nd Day Delivery for an additional $15.00. Orders of in-stock items will be received in 2 business days.
Overnight Delivery for an additional $25.00. Orders of in-stock items will be received next business day.

Orders for all rush delivery methods must be placed by 11:00 AM Eastern time for that day’s processing. Delivery time does not include weekend days and holidays. (Sorry, rush delivery not available on featherbeds and other bulk items.)


Our “REST -EASY” Guarantee

Exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 90 days of receipt (excluding delivery and service charges). After 90 days, no return will be accepted, with the exception of Lifetime Guarantee. All of The Company Store® product are made to the highest quality standards.

Furniture u0026amp; Rug Returns
We hope you are thrilled with your purchase. Furniture and rugs are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund for undamaged items. You must contact us within 7 days of your delivery to arrange a return. The item must be returned within 30 days from receipt of product. A restocking fee will apply to furniture and rugs at 15% of the purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping and return pick up fees are the customer’s responsibility and nonrefundable. Furniture and rugs are not available outside the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Canada
For orders to Canada, we currently ship with DHL Express. For your convenience, the shipping fees provided include all applicable fees, duties, and taxes so that there are no additional payments upon delivery. Since the shipping fees are calculated based on a number of factors (including, without limitation, the desired shipping method and speed, the contents of and number of items in your order, the weight of the items in your order and the location to which the order is shipping), shipping charges can only be provided once you begin the checkout process. Shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery time. Any customs delays are out of our control. DHL Express (Duty u0026amp; Tax Pre-Paid)

Furniture Delivery

  • Truck Delivery for oversized furniture that exceeds parcel carrier shipping weight limits; this includes our premium in home delivery service for a fee. For added convenience, the carrier will deliver to your room of choice (within two flights of stairs) and remove all packing material. Assembly service is not included. The carrier will contact you to provide a 4-hour delivery window once the items have arrived in your area. Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign for the delivery.

  • Truck delivery is available in the 48 contiguous states.
  • Arranging delivery- truck delivery is by appointment Monday-Friday and Saturday as needed. A service representative will contact you to arrange a delivery date and confirm the appointment timeframe (typically a 4-hour window).

Custom Orders Return Policy
Custom order items are made to order especially for you and may not be cancelled. We do not accept returns on these items. Custom orders include all upholstered furniture: headboards, complete beds, slipcovers, benches, chairs, stools and settees cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective. To ensure you are choosing the right fabric, we recommend you order swatch materials before placing your order.
